The first form of communication is a set of automated tools set up to proactively monitor and manage your internal network, internet connectivity, backups, etc. This system alerts our internal IT Support staff of any issues within your organization so any downtime is remediated quickly, and issues can often times be solved prior to anyone in your organization being aware of an issue.

The second portion of the Offsite Help Desk is the inbound ticketing system. This is based on emailing in issues, or calling your support team.
