We call him Mr. I.T. because there’s nothing Will can’t fix, configure, or troubleshoot. Mischevious printers and scanners don’t stand a chance when Will is on the case. Email issues? Ha, he eats those for breakfast (along with a healthy helping of protein).

Will has over ten years of technical support and system administrator experience. He has performed numerous server backups, upgrades, and configurations along with network and physical systems troubleshooting. He’s fluent in multiple operating systems, and his love for problem-solving makes him the IT technician you want to call.

Plus, if that doesn’t make him a superstar, the man-of-many-talents is also a writer, high school football stud, and stand-up comedian. He’s new to New York and enjoys site seeing, photography, and performing around NYC. The native Texan also doubles as our unofficial, office nutritionist and is a proud Dallas Cowboys fan.
